Bought 3 earrings from them, all broke in less than a year, and they didn't do anything about it. Even though it is very expensive and advertised as high craftsmanship, all items deteriorated and broke in less than a year. You can see residues of glue on the long ones, and how it just slipped out of the hanger on the small one. I have contacted customer service online and in person, they did not help me and told me that even though the pieces are described as guaranteed for 3 years, they are actually not. No refund, no repair, no discount, no exchange, nothing. Very disapointing.

I previously purchased many pieces of jewelry here over the past 5 years -  unfortunately the quality is terrible. In addition, they say they have a guarantee but when hardware breaks (clasps or pendants fall out) they won’t replace or fix anything. So disappointing as I really wanted to support this creator, but it looks like unfortunately I will never shop there again. Their shops are beautiful and the products are lovely, but terrible quality and terrible customer service.

I ordered these earrings online. Unfortunately I didn’t read the return policy and have since come to realise earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. For the price, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and look. They look more like cheap costume jewellery. I wouldn’t recommend this product or buy anything without checking this stores return policy closely. Further adding to the frustration I contacted support a week ago and I am yet to receive a response.

I purchased a pair of earrings that were designed without the clutch. I thought the designers had tested for stability and security but they did not. The first day I wore them one of them got lost and I was checking on them constantly because they would move from the ear all the time.
I contacted their customer service representative and the quality control team did not take responsibility for their faulty design.
I had two other pairs of pieces from them, but never again will promote nor give the name to this horrible experience brand.
They should test their innovated designs before putting them on the market. Shame on them.

I purchased the Letter Necklace (£69) for my partner for Christmas 2021. She found the item online and was excited about it for months. It was beautiful when it arrived - dainty and very shiny.

Problems started upon the first wear of the item. It tarnished within a week of wearing, with the gold layer rubbing off to leave an ugly black undercoating, with blue and silver discolouration. Frankly, it looked awful. It looked as though it had been worn for a lifetime within a week.

Both of us were understandably incredibly disappointed and quickly reached out to PDPAOLA since the item was covered by their two year warranty. To their credit, they responded very quickly, and replaced the item with little fuss.

When we received the second item, my partner was understandably nervous to wear it again. So for longevity, she didn't wear the necklace until we went on a date recently. When she got home, she noticed the EXACT same discolouration. After ONE SINGLE wear, the item had diminished just as before! I was angry at this point, since I believe we were sold a faulty item from a bad batch and the reason they had sent one out so quickly is because they knew the batch was faulty.

I reached out to PDPAOLA again, much to my dismay, and went through the same process as before. This time, I chose to get a voucher for the item since I had no faith in this product (although I had little in the company at this point, but a refund was not offered). Despite our item still being under warranty, the customer service team REJECTED my request, coyly replying that we didn't look after the item well enough. This is not the case, since it was worn ONCE from NEW!

As you can probably tell, this whole experience was not worth the stress. I feel robbed and my partner is very upset over the appalling quality of an item that looks nice if left completely untouched! It's ridiculous and the quality of the item is absolutely not equal to the price they're charging for. At this point, I just want my money back.
