Bought 3 earrings from them, all broke in less than a year, and they didn't do anything about it. Even though it is very expensive and advertised as high craftsmanship, all items deteriorated and broke in less than a year. You can see residues of glue on the long ones, and how it just slipped out of the hanger on the small one. I have contacted customer service online and in person, they did not help me and told me that even though the pieces are described as guaranteed for 3 years, they are actually not. No refund, no repair, no discount, no exchange, nothing. Very disapointing.

I previously purchased many pieces of jewelry here over the past 5 years -  unfortunately the quality is terrible. In addition, they say they have a guarantee but when hardware breaks (clasps or pendants fall out) they won’t replace or fix anything. So disappointing as I really wanted to support this creator, but it looks like unfortunately I will never shop there again. Their shops are beautiful and the products are lovely, but terrible quality and terrible customer service.

Firstly, The ring’s gilding started peeling off after less than two months.
Secondly, the shop doesn’t give you any certificates where it would be specified the materials of your jewels. How can I confirm that it’s silver with gilding if I need to? (rhetorical question)
Thirdly, the service is awful, at least if you are in Georgia. Firstly, the price is ≈20 EUR higher in comparison with any other country from the EU due to “the corresponding exchange rate has been made according to our currency fix” (c) Support Service.
I’m not satisfied with that answer, but it’s the shop’s right to set any price they wish. Notwithstanding their right, IMHO it’s quite unfair and disappointing for Georgian clients.
E.g. you choose sth that costs 55 EUR, look at your official exchange rate and think the price would be 160 GEL. But in fact, it will be 215 GEL (75 EUR). So be aware.
Fourthly, the DHL service is working awfully in Batumi. That is not Pdpaola’s fault, but you should know, that if your order is more than 300 GEL, receiving your parcel would become a hard quest because Georgian DHL doesn’t know what their work is (for a week I can’t get them to tell bank details for me to pay the custom).
I received the parcel after nearly a month of waiting and arguing with DHL.
+ There is an additional tax for gold and silver items. I knew about that only during issuing the declaration.
The sum of the order was 615 gel (218€), but I paid 1050 gel (374€) including all taxes and DHL’s service fee (the service doesn’t earn its money as I mentioned).
Unfortunately, the site doesn’t allow leaving the review without rating all positions. That’s why I have to rate the “return policy” without having experience in that sphere so I decided to mark 3 stars as an average rate. BTW I even don’t see any sense to try to return the jewels because I’m afraid to lose much more money and time 🤷
My sincere advice: if you are living in Georgia and planning to spend more than 300 GEL, look for another brand. Or be ready to overcome your anger.

PDPAOLA Zodiac Earrings - Virgo

I ordered these earrings online. Unfortunately I didn’t read the return policy and have since come to realise earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. For the price, I am extremely disappointed in the quality and look. They look more like cheap costume jewellery. I wouldn’t recommend this product or buy anything without checking this stores return policy closely. Further adding to the frustration I contacted support a week ago and I am yet to receive a response.

I purchased a pair of earrings that were designed without the clutch. I thought the designers had tested for stability and security but they did not. The first day I wore them one of them got lost and I was checking on them constantly because they would move from the ear all the time.
I contacted their customer service representative and the quality control team did not take responsibility for their faulty design.
I had two other pairs of pieces from them, but never again will promote nor give the name to this horrible experience brand.
They should test their innovated designs before putting them on the market. Shame on them.
