The customer support we received, done by Cristina, was very excellent! Over time, my mother had noticed 3 missing gems in her La Palette earring sets (the first order from PDPAOLA we had issues like this), and we are so thankful for the 3 year warranty system. We were given full replacements as well as an incredibly cute pocket mirror!

Ordered 4 piercing. Beautiful piercing but 1 was already broken. After contacting customer service and spoken with Cristina it was solved quickly and I’ve received a new one on short time. Good service and nice products.

Really bad quality. The colour was already deceiving since it came as a cheap yellow instead of the nice colour seen in their advertisements. Then, the supposed sterling silver and 18K gold chain rusted after just a few wears (2-3) and became a black/blue colour. For the price they ask for there should be a certain quality delivered, meaning it should not get tarnished so quickly and badly. Avoid. really disappointing

I have reached out to PD Paola after my bracelet literally broke apart after max. 4 wears. Although I have owned it for quite a while, I have only worn it for special occasions and I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the item. I have made several purchases from PD Paola in the past and I still wear these pieces and have no issues with them. However, this bracelet was clearly just a waste of money as the team member who replied to my email said the condition of the bracelet was 'determined by how it was used'. My other PD Paola pieces are still fine so clearly, I know how to take care of the jewelry I spend money on. I will not be purchasing from PD Paola again as I was expecting better from this company.

Loredana has resolved my issue perfectly, she was very attentive asking me to tell her whenever I received my order to be sure that there was no further issue.

I had ordered a gold ring, which unfortunately had rusty spots. My request for exchange was answered very quickly by Eleisa from the PDPAOLA team, who referred me to the official warranty application form on the PDPAOLA homepage. In parallel, I described Eleisa via email the facts including pictures of the ring. After short time, the warranty claim was approved and a new, flawless ring was sent to me. Thanks to Eleisa and the PDPAOLA team for the fast and very friendly support!
